Resignation of Director

Victoria Oil & Gas Plc announces that Andrew Diamond, Finance Director of VOG, has tendered his resignation as a Director and employee of the Company. Mr Diamond will step down from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect. Throughout his six months' notice period, Mr. Diamond will assist the Company in the finalisation of its Annual Report 2019 and in the transition to a new Finance Director. The Company will make an announcement on his replacement in due course.
