St Ives plc - Resignation of director

The board of St Ives plc announces that Ben Gordon has given notice of his intention to resign as non-executive director of the Company, together with all of its Committees, with effect from the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 30 November 2017, and so will not be offering himself for re-election at the meeting. Mr Gordon joined the Board in July 2013.

The Board thanks Mr Gordon for his valuable contribution to the Company throughout his time as a director.

In accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that Mr Gordon will receive his fee as a non-executive director of the Company up to the date of ceasing to be a director. No other payments will be made on, or in connection with, his resignation.
