Resignation of Director

European Wealth Group Limited (AIM: EWG, EWGL), the integrated wealth management group, announces that Mr Simon Ray, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has tendered his resignation, with effect from 31 December 2017.

Simon joined European Wealth following the Company's acquisition of Aventus Capital Management in 2012 and has served on the Board since 2016. The Board would like to thank Simon for his valued contribution to the Company since this time and wish him well in the future.

Simon will continue to work with EWG as an independent contractor covering IT and Systems.
