Resignation of Director
The board of Thalassa announces that Martyn Porter has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 3 August 2020 for personal reasons.
Duncan Soukup, Chairman of Thalassa, said: "The board of Thalassa would like to thank Martyn for his service. On a personal note, I would like to offer my sincerest condolences and best wishes to Martyn on his loss and during this time of personal grief and mourning."
