11 September 2013 African Barrick Gold plc (the "Company" or "ABG") Resignation of Chief Operating Officer ABG today announces that Marco Zolezzi, who has been ABG's Chief OperatingOfficer since September 2010, has resigned with immediate effect to pursueother interests. A search is underway for his replacement and in the interim,Brad Gordon, CEO, will take direct responsibility for the operations.
