Resignation of Company Secretary

The Company announces that Mr. Diviay Chadha, Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from the services with effect from June 7, 2014. The Company thanks him for his service and wishes him success in his future endeavors.

The Company is in the process of appointing a new Company Secretary and will complete the such appointment within the time period provided under the Indian Companies Act, 2013.
