Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

The Board of zamano plc ("zamano" or the "Company") advises that it has accepted the resignation of Colm Saunders, CFO and Company Secretary, effective 31 July 2010. Colm, who joined the Company in October 2007, is leaving to undertake a similar role with a private company. Colm's duties and responsibilities will be absorbed across the existing management team for the time being. Colm's role of Company Secretary will be assumed by Michael Connolly, who is currently the Group Financial Controller.

In its recent trading update, zamano highlighted the rapid transition in the markets in which the Company operates. In response to these conditions, the Company is continuing to focus on its cost base and its strategy for growth. A further update on the business will be provided at the time of the interim results or sooner as appropriate.
