Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

The board of Starcom announces that Mr Golan Hermolin, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, has resigned with immediate effect.

Mr Udi Shenig, who was due to resign from the Board on 30 September 2017, has agreed to stay on the board as CFO in a part time capacity while the Group looks for a full time replacement. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
