Resignation of Chief Executive Officer
THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONTAINS INSIDE INFORMATION FOR THE PURPOSES OF ARTICLE 7 OF THE MARKET ABUSE REGULATION (EU) 596/2014 AS IT FORMS PART OF UK DOMESTIC LAW BY VIRTUE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION (WITHDRAWAL) ACT 2018
PCF Group plc announces that Scott Maybury has informed the Board of his intention to step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer and resign as a Director of the Group with immediate effect.
Chief Operating Officer Garry Stran will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer on an interim basis, and subject to regulatory approval, until such time as a permament Chief Executive Officer is appointed. The Group will provide an update on that process as and when appropriate.
Tim Franklin, Chairman of PCF, said: "The Board and I would like to thank Scott for his significant contribution to PCF throughout his 26 years with the Group and wish him every success in the future."
