Resignation of CEO

The Company announces that Avi Vermus, the Chief Executive Officer of Peer TV Plc, has resigned from the board of directors with immediate effect. 

The board of directors would like to thank Avi for his contribution and wish him every success for the future.

The Company is devoting its full resources to the PeerTV team to support and build the OTT business.
