Resignation of Chief Executive Officer
JSC Georgian Railway (the "Company") today announces that Irakli Ezugbaia has submitted, and the Supervisory Board of the Company has accepted, his resignation as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr Ezugbaia's resignation will become effective from 29 October 2012. Giorgi Gagnidze has been named as Acting Chief Executive Officer and will assume all related duties immediately upon Mr Ezugbaia's resignation. A number of candidates are currently being considered to fill the position on a permanent basis.
