Resignation of broker

VOG announces today that it has received notice of Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited's resignation as corporate broker to the Company, with immediate effect.

Fox Davies Capital Limited remains the Company's broker and Strand Hanson Limited continue to act as Nominated Adviser to VOG.
