Resignation of auditor

RegTech Open Project plc (LSE: RTOP) announces that it has received notification of the resignation of LB Group as auditors of the Company.

In accordance with section 519 Companies Act 2006, LB Group has confirmed that there are no circumstances connected with their ceasing to hold office which they consider should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company.

The Company is actively working to engage a new auditor to complete the audit for the period ending 30 June 2024.
