Resignation of Nominated Adviser

Tembusu announces that it has received notice of Religare Capital Markets' resignation as the Company's Nominated Adviser for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies with effect from 14 December 2010 (the "Effective Date"). In addition, the Company has also today received notice of Religare Capital Markets' resignation as Tembusu's broker.

Pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company's shares will be temporarily suspended from trading on AIM from 7:30am on 15 December 2010 unless a replacement Nominated Adviser is appointed.

If within one month following the Effective Date, the Company has failed to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
