Societatea de Distribuţie şi Furnizare a Energiei Electrice - "ELECTRICA" S.A hereby informs that on November 17th 2015 Mr Victor Vlad Grigorescu, member of the Board of Directors, has resigned from this position starting with November 17th 2015, following the Romanian Parliament's vote of confidence for the Government proposed by the designated prime-minister Dacian Ciolos. Mr. Grigorescu will be a member of the government, respectively the Minister of Energy.
