OTE ANNOUNCES THE RESIGNATION OF A BoD MEMBER
Αthens, June 9, 2009 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (ASE: HTO, NYSE: OTE), the Greek full-service telecommunications provider announces that during the meeting of its Board of Directors, which was held on June 4, 2009, the member of OTE's BoD, Dr. Martin Walter, resigned. Following this, OTE's Board of Directors decided to continue to work with the remaining ten members (in line with article 9, par. 4 of OTE's Articles of Incorporation) and not to proceed with a replacement of the aforementioned resigned member.
