ITE Group PLC09 September 2005 9 September 2005 ITE Group Non-Executive Directorate Change ITE Group plc ("ITE"), the international exhibitions group specialising inemerging and developing markets, announced today that Christopher Russell, anon-executive Director of ITE and a representative of Veronis Suhler Stevensonon the ITE Board, has tendered his resignation as a director of ITE withimmediate effect. Mr Russell's resignation follows the reduction in VeronisSuhler Stevenson's shareholding after ITE's recent share buy back. The Board of ITE now comprises four non-executive directors and four executivedirectors. Veronis Suhler Stevenson continues to retain one representative onthe Board.
