Paddy Power plc06 December 2005 Paddy Power plc Announces Resignation of Group Finance Director The Board of Paddy Power plc announces that Group Finance Director, Ross Ivershas tendered his resignation. He will step down from the Board with immediateeffect and will leave the company at the end of January 2006. A process hascommenced to appoint his successor. Paying tribute to Mr Ivers, the Chairman of Paddy Power, Fintan Drury said: "Ross has played a significant role in the successful development of Paddy Powersince he joined us in 2001.
