bank muscat would like to announce, that the Board of Directors of the Bank in its meeting on 19th September 2018 have accepted the resignation of Mr. Jeyaretna Sunderlal George in his role as a Board Director representing himself in his personal capacity, in order to change his representative status to be a proxy for M/s. Oman National Investment Corporation "S.A.O.C". The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Jeyaretna Sunderlal George as a provisional Director as a proxy for M/s. Oman National Investment Corporation "S.A.O.C" to fill the vacant seat in the Board until the next Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Bank. The Board approval is effective on the same day. This appointment is subject to the concerned regulatory bodies approvals.
