Research and Development Tax Credit Loan Facility

LightwaveRF plc ("LightwaveRF", "Lightwave" or the "Company") the leading smart home solutions provider, announces that it has entered into an agreement to draw down a £0.35 million loan from Finstock Capital Limited ("Finstock"), secured against, and repayable from, Research and Development tax credits receivable.

The loan is on the same terms as the previous loan from Finstock which was announced by the Company on 11 December 2018 in its audited final results for the year ended 30 September 2018, which was repaid on 24 May 2019.

This new short-term funding provides the Company with further financing flexibility and, in particular, for the anticipated increased demand ahead of Black Friday on 29 November 2019.

This announcement includes inside information as defined in Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation No. 596/2014 and is disclosed in accordance with the Company's obligations under Article 17 of those Regulations.
