Requisition of General Meeting

The Board of DQE, a leading animation, gaming, live action entertainment production and distribution company, announces that, further to the announcements on 27 October 2015 and 3 February 2016 regarding the requisition of general meeting of the Company to propose resolutions to appoint Anil Chintapalli and Suresh Chitturi as directors of the Company (the "First Requisition Resolutions"), the Company has received an additional letter from Platinum Consulting Group, Anil Chintapalli and Corporate Computer Services (collectively the "Requisitioners") regarding an additional requisition for DQE to convene a general meeting of the Company to propose resolutions to remove Ms Rashida Adenwala and Mr Srinivasa Sundar as directors of the Company with immediate effect (the "Second Requisition Resolutions"). The Requisitioners' letter requests the Company to convene a general meeting to propose both the First Requisition Resolutions and the Second Requisition Resolutions.

The Requisitioners' letter informed the Company that between them the Requisitioners hold approximately 51.78% of the voting rights of the Company.

The Company is seeking legal advice on the matter and will make further announcements in due course.
