Requisition of General Meeting
Maintel Holdings Plc, a leading provider of cloud communications, connectivity and security managed services, acknowledges the receipt of a requisition notice, from Christopher Mills, a director/authorised signatory for and on behalf of Oryx International Growth Limited, a shareholder holding greater than 5 per cent. of the issued share capital of Maintel. The requisition requires the Company to hold a general meeting to vote on resolutions to remove Stephen Beynon as a director and non-executive chairman of the Board and to appoint a new director, Martin Rowland, to the Board as chair.
The Board will convene the requisite meeting to consider the proposed resolutions in accordance with the statutory timelines and its articles of association.
Shareholders are advised to take no action at this time. The Company will provide further information in due course.
