Requisition of General Meeting
Following receipt on 19 January 2010 of a Requisition calling for a General Meeting, the Board confirms that it will be writing to Shareholders no later than 9 February 2010 to give Notice of such a meeting which will be held no later than 9 March 2010.
The General Meeting will consider resolutions from the Requisitionist that Nicholas Ward be removed from the Board and that Jonathan Lander and Nicholas Lander be appointed as Directors. This Requisition came from the nominee company through which Mr Lionel Thain (former Chief Executive Officer of the IPTH Group) holds his shares in the Group.
