Ra'anana, Israel -- 23 January 2009: The board of directors of Emblaze (the "Board") announces that it has received a letter from Mr. Donald Sturm requesting, as a shareholder, to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting proposing the replacement of the Company's directors.
The Board is looking into the compliance of the letter with applicable legal requirements and will report further in due course.
