Emblaze Ltd ("Emblaze" or "the Company") Request to convene General Meeting
Ra'anana, Israel -- 12 January 2009: The board of directors of Emblaze (the "Board") announces that it has received a letter from Mr. Eli Reifman that purports to be a request to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting proposing the replacement of the Company's directors.
The Board does not consider there to be any merit in the proposal and as a preliminary measure is investigating the compliance of the letter with applicable legal requirements. The Board will report further in due course.
