Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC23 July 2007 Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC Repurchases of Shares in Close Period Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC ("DTR" or the "Company") announces that the Company hasentered into an irrevocable arrangement with its corporate broker, CitigroupGlobal Markets U.K. Equity Limited ("Citi"), to repurchase on its behalf andwithin certain pre-set parameters, ordinary shares in DTR commencing on 23 July2007 (the "transaction"). The sole purpose of the transaction is to reduce thecapital of the Company. The irrevocable arrangement expires on the date on whichthe Company's interim results to 30 June 2007 are announced.
