Repurchase of Exit SharesTotal Voting Rights

The Board of Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited is pleased to announce the repurchase of 16,108,143 Exit Shares pursuant to the Tender Offer. All repurchased Exit Shares will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase, the total number of Shares in issue is 144,973,285 (excluding Shares held in treasury). This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Defined terms used in this announcement shall, unless the context requires otherwise, have the meanings ascribed to them in the Circular.
