Reporting update
Further to the announcement of 30 June, PCF Group provides an update on the publication of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2020 and its half year results for the six months to 31 March 2021.
The Group continues to work to complete the workstreams and investigations required to enable the publication and filing of its 2020 annual report and accounts. Half year results to 31 March 2021 will be completed after the filing of the 2020 annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 30 September 2020.
The PCF Group would like to thank all shareholders for their patience and support during this time, and will provide further updates in due course.
