Reporting Timetable
Tungsten Corporation plc (AIM: TUNG), a leading provider of digital financial management and software solutions, announces that due to the Covid-19 pandemic the Board has taken the decision to adjust Tungsten's 2020 reporting timetable as follows:
• | The Company will issue a Trading Update for the year ending 30 April 2020 on Monday 20 July 2020.

• | Audited Final Results for the year ending 30 April 2020 will be published on Monday 7 September 2020.
|
• | The Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 16 October 2020. Further details will be issued in due course.
