Report from the Administrative Tribunal

Further to the announcement of 3 March 2010 regarding the ruling by the State Administrative Tribunal in Samarinda, East Kalimantan (the "Tribunal") against Churchill, the Company wishes to advise that copies of the judgements from the Tribunal have now been received by the Company. The judgements are in the original Bahasa Indonesia and are currently being translated into English by the Indonesian associated office of the Company's solicitors Herbert Smith LLP.

The Company expects to make a full English translation available on its website during next week, and a further announcement will be made to advise when this is published.

As detailed in the RNS Release of 10 March 2011 the Company has lodged an appeal against the decision of the Administrative Tribunal.
