Update on Report and Accounts

Suspension of Trading 

Due to the issues of collating information following the CVA earlier this year, the Report and Accounts for the year to June 2008 (the "Accounts") will not be published by 31 December 2008. Accordingly the shares in the Company will be suspended under AIM Rule 19 pending publication of these Accounts.
