Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy

RPS, a leading multi-sector global professional services firm, announces that the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, the notice convening the Group's 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM), and form of proxy, have been posted to shareholders today.

The 2021 Report and Accounts and notice of 2022 AGM are available on the Investor Relations section of the Group's website at https://ir.rpsgroup.com and copies of the documents, along with the form of proxy, have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

RPS also announces that its 2022 AGM will be held on Tuesday, 26 April 2022 at the offices of RPS, 20 Western Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 4SH, commencing at 10.00 a.m.
