Ashley House plc (the "Company"), the health and community care property partner announces that it has published its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 April 2016 and confirms that where requested, copies have been sent to shareholders.

Copies of the annual report and accounts can also be obtained from the registered offices of Ashley House plc at Unit 1, Barnes Wallis Court, Wellington Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe HP12 3PS.

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 15 September at 10 am at WH Ireland's offices, 24 Martin Lane, London EC4R 0DR.
