Availability of Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

In accordance with AIM Rule 20, Journey announces that its report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 is now available to download from the Company's website www.journeygroup.plc.uk. Hard copies of the report and accounts are expected to be posted to shareholders early next week.

Accompanying the report and accounts is a notice of annual general meeting of the Group, to be held on 17 May 2016 at 11am at 6 Stratton Street, London W1J 8LD.
