Final Dividend Declaration

Creightons plc (CRL), the British-based beauty and well-being brand owner and manufacturer, announces that the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019 (the "Accounts") are being posted to Shareholders, and will be available on the Company's website at: www.creightonsplc.com and for viewing at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will take place at the offices of Potter & Moore Innovations Ltd, 1210 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, PE4 6ND on 14 August 2019 at 12:00 noon.

Creightons has declared and will pay a final dividend of 0.40 pence per ordinary share, subject to shareholder approval being sought at the AGM, as per the timetable below:

- Ex dividend date: 22 August 2019

- Record date: 23 August 2019

- Payment date: 20 September 2019
