- Response to disclosure inquiry regarding stake sales in Korea Aerospace Industries
2. Response from the company
- 6 stakeholders of Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) including HMC have agreed on Joint Sale Agreement as of June 3rd, 2011.
At this point, Korea Finance Corporation, the chair of KAI shareholders conference, is leading the sales process of KAI, selecting official advisors. However, it is not yet confirmed.
HMC will disclose any further progress by May 18, 2012. In the case where any concrete decisions have been made, HMC will release an immediate disclosure.

- Above response is for the disclosure inquiry from Korea Exchange on the rumor regarding involvement of Hyundai Motor Company in Sales of KAI.
