The following amendments have been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released on 7 March 2022 at 17:29 under RNS No 9273D.
The first sentence has been amended to the following: "Softline Holding Plc (SFTL) announces that between 28 February 2022 and 04 March 2022 the Company purchased the following number of its own Global Depository Receipts representing 1 ordinary share each, pursuant to its Share Buyback Programme, details of which were announced on 13 December 2021."
All other details remain unchanged.

Softline Holding Plc (SFTL) announces that between 28 February 2022 and 04 March 2022 the Company purchased the following number of its own Global Depository Receipts representing 1 ordinary share each, pursuant to its Share Buyback Programme, details of which were announced on 13 December 2021. The Global Depository Receipts were purchased through the Company's broker, Sberbank Group, and will be held in treasury.
