REPLACE: Transaction in own shares

In RNS number 4019J, released on 29 June 2011 at 5.16pm, the Company stated that the Company purchased 1,035,000 ordinary shares of US$0.05 each at a price per share of 39.5238p per share. The Company has been informed today that the price paid was in fact 38.5954p per share. The corrected text is below.

On 29 June 2011 the Company purchased 1,035,000 ordinary shares of US$0.05 each, representing approximately 0.03883 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.

The price paid per share was 38.5954p per share.

The Company intends to hold these shares in Treasury.

Following the repurchase, as at 29 June 2011, 118,592,000 ordinary shares of US$0.05 each were held by the Company in Treasury and 2,547,019,727 ordinary shares of US$0.05 each (excluding those ordinary shares of US$0.05 each held in treasury) were in issue.
