Purchase of Shares in Buyback Programme

This announcement replaces the announcement released at 9:51 am on 19 May 2008 under RNS Number 7426U, entitled "Purchase of Shares in Buyback Programme" and corrects the name of the broker involved in the purchase of shares.
The Company announces that it purchased 550,000 of its ordinary shares of 1.5625 pence each on 16 May 2008, through Altium Securities at a price of 215 pence per share. These shares will be cancelled and will reduce the number of shares in issue to 162,256,090.
Following the cancellation of such shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 162,256,090 ordinary shares all with voting rights.
