Replacement Total Voting Rights

The following amendment has been made to the Voting Rights and Capital announcement released on 29 May 2015 at 08:06 under RNS No 6072O.

As at 29 May 2015, Inmarsat plc's issued capital consists of 449,575,482 (not 499,575,482) ordinary shares of Euro 0.0005 each with voting rights.

All other details remain unchanged.

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Inmarsat plc notifies the market of the following:

As at 29 May 2015, Inmarsat plc's issued capital consists of 449,575,482 ordinary shares of

Euro 0.0005 each with voting rights. Inmarsat plc holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Inmarsat plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
