Total Voting Rights

This is a correction to the RNS announcement of Telit's Total Voting Rights released on 1 October 2012 at 07:16. The change is to amend the issued share capital figure contained in the third paragraph. Amendments are identified with an asterisk (*). All other details in the release remain the same. The full text of the amended announcement is set out below:

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:

During the month of September 2012, 81,968 options over Telit ordinary shares were exercised.

Accordingly, the issued share capital of Telit, as at 30 September 2012, comprises 103, 214, 072* ordinary shares of 1 penny each, each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 103,214,072 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Telit under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
