AMENDMENT
DEALINGS BY OFFERORS, OFFEREE COMPANIES OR THEIR ASSOCIATES

(Rules 8.1(a) and (b)(i) of the Takeover Code)
This transaction is for book flattening purposes. The Panel Executive has
informed Oriel Securities Limited, on an ex parte basis, that such transactions
are permitted and have no Code consequences.
Amendments - This Form 8.1 replaces that released under RNS No. 4658N:
* 2(a)(1) - Oriel Securities holds a long position of 61,500 ords in Raven Mount Group PLC which was inadvertently omitted from the previous Form 8.1 disclosure.
# 3(a) - The Panel Executive has given additional permission on 18 February 2009 for Oriel Securities to purchase a further 10,000 ords in Raven Mount Group PLC for book flattening purposes and has confirmed that this transaction will have no Code consequences.
