Replacement RNS
The following announcement has been made to replace RNS Number: 4772Q released at 16:06 on 17 June 2015.
The Company was informed that Jay Mervin Shaw's ("Director"), transfer of 100 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs"), equivalent to 500 ordinary shares announced as transferred on 16 June 2015, did not complete due to a clerical error, and instead the purchase was made on 1 July 2015. The following information replaces the previous announcement.
The Company was informed that on 1 July 2015 Jay Mervin Shaw ("Director"), Chief Executive Officer, completed the purchase of 100 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs"), equivalent to 500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$7.0 per ADR or £0.89 per ordinary share at the current exchange rate of $1.57 to £1.00. Each ADR is equivalent to 5 ordinary shares.
Following the Director's share dealing the Director's holding in the share capital of the Company is as follows:
