The following amendment has been made to the Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM announcement released on 20 March 2018 at 0700 under RNS No 2075I. Return of Capital

The Board of Directors of EIH is pleased to announce that following the receipt of a distribution from EIF of US$ 1.53 million the board has resolved to make a capital distribution of US$0.025 per share, equivalent to approximately US$ 1.613 million, to shareholders (the "Distribution").

It is intended that the Distribution will be paid on 27 April 2018 to shareholders recorded on the register at the close of business on 20 April 2018. The shares will be marked ex on 19 April 2018.
