(Replacement) Result of General Meeting

The following amendment has been made to the 'Result of General Meeting' announcement released on 11 April 2013 at 11.59 a.m. under RNS No 1333C.

The original announcement incorrectly stated that the Company's name is changing to "Quorum", it should have said "Quoram".

All other details remain unchanged.

 Result of General Meeting

Bluebird Energy plc ("Bluebird" or "the Company") announces that at its General Meeting held today the resolution proposed for the purposes of approving the adoption of a new investing policy and a change of name were duly passed. Details of the new investing policy were set out in a circular to shareholders dated 19 March 2013

The change of name from Bluebird Energy plc to Quoram plc will be effective once Companies House has issued a certificate of incorporation on change of name. This is expected to occur on or around 12 April 2013. The tradable instrument display mnemonic ("TIDM") of the Company is expected to change to QRM with effect from 7 a.m. on 15 April 2013.

Also with effect from 15 April 2013 the company will have a new website www.quoram.co.uk
