The Company announces that it has posted its annual report and accounts and notice of annual general meeting for the year ended 31 December 2010 to shareholders.

The Company's annual general meeting will be held at 12:30pm on 30 June 2011 at the offices of Eversheds, One Wood Street, London, EC2V 7WS.
