Notice of Management Shareholding
JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that a number of members of the Management Board increased their holdings in the Company's share capital.
September 2nd, 2011, the following members of the Management Board notified the Company that they had increased their shareholdings:

The members of the Management Board acquired the shares from the market at their own expense.
Member of the Management Board, head of sales division, Stanislav Savin commented: «Despite the temporary instability of the securities markets, I'm convinced that shares of RusHydro is a great investment. The initiatives and projects that are being carried out by the Company accrue its shareholder value, which will be eventually appreciated by the market».
