REPLACEMENT NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2012

Global Energy Development PLC, the South America focused petroleum production and development company (AIM: GED) with operations in Colombia and Peru, announces that due to unforeseen circumstances, the stated location of the Annual General Meeting of the Company has changed, and today, it has posted a replacement AGM Notice in which the revised venue of the Annual General Meeting of the Company is stated.

The 2012 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 1.00 p.m. on 27 June 2012 at the Great Fosters Hotel, Stroude Road, Egham, Surrey TW20 9UR.

The replacement AGM Notice is now available on the Company's website at www.globalenergyplc.com and has been released via an RNS announcement.
