Notice of amendments to the Announcement

The following amendment has been made to the announcement released on 30th January 2014 at 11:21 under RNS No 8886Y.

The Company also has the right to place 54,047,237,489 additional ordinary shares with par value of RUR 1 per share in the amount of RUR 54,047,237,489. Additional ordinary shares declared for placement by the Company have the rights specified in p. 6.2 article 6 of the Company's Articles of Association.

JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) notifies about registration of the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association in regards to its share capital.

Share capital of RusHydro is comprised of par value of the Company's shares acquired by the shareholders (placed shares).

The Company's share capital amounts to RUR 386,255,464,890.

The Company placed 386,255,464,890 shares with par value of RUR 1 per share in total amount of RUR 386,255,464,890.

The Company also has the right to place 54,047,237,489 additional ordinary shares with par value of RUR 1 per share in the amount of RUR 54,047,237,489. Additional ordinary shares declared for placement by the Company have the rights specified in p. 6.2 article 6 of the Company's Articles of Association.
