Notice of Annual General Meeting
Tracsis plc, (the "Company") (AIM: TRCS), a provider of labour resource optimisation software for the transport sector, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2pm on 27 January 2010 at the Company's registered office; Leeds Innovation Centre, 103 Clarendon Road, Leeds, England, LS2 9DF.
Pursuant to Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies; the notice of the AGM along with the Company's annual report and accounts have been posted to shareholders and has also been made available on the Company's website; www.tracsis.com.
